So, you’ve found some carpet and are ready to install it. You don’t want to have someone else do it so you’re going to need stuff. What stuff? You need carpet installation supplies. These carpet supplies are the things that take carpet from a roll in the center of the room to the foundation of your room’s décor.

You’ll need adhesive, applicators for the adhesive, nail strips, seam tape, cutting tools, caulk, staples, sealant, and of course kneepads. After all, it’s hard to work on the floor without getting down on all fours. Laying carpet may seem like an effortless affair when you see professionals do it, but there’s a lot of work that goes into that appearance.

If you decide to install your own carpet, quality carpet supplies will make your life much simpler. You don’t want to have to stop in the middle of installing a room because your caulk gun broke and you can’t finish setting the nail strips. So do yourself a favor and invest in some quality tools, by the time your job is done you will thank yourself for it.
